How do I change my Digital Banking password?

When you first enroll in Digital Banking you’ll select your own password. If you forget this password, you can reset it yourself by clicking on the Forgot Password link just below the login boxes.

You’ll then choose a verification method by which a Secure Access Code will be sent to you. Once you enter the Secure Access Code, you’ll be able to change your password. This ensures that a fraudulent person is not trying to gain access to your accounts. Never share this Code with anyone, including people claiming to be from Stanford FCU!

If you already have a working password, you can change it any time at the Security Settings in Digital Banking.

Note: After several failed login attempts, your account will be locked for security reasons. If you don’t remember your password after the first or second attempt, it’s best to select the Forgot Password option and follow the prompts to reset your password.

If you’re locked out of Digital Banking, you can unlock it yourself with the Unlock link located right below the login box.
